Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California at the 9th of July 1983. Her first job was working in the Real Estate Industry. Tarek El-Moussa and her husband, was also in the industry. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock exchange, many investors in real estate as well as home flippers were unable to make their profits. Due to the crash Tarek and Christina El Moussa nearly lost all their assets. Their house was valued at $700 per week, compared to the $6,000 they were paying monthly for their home. The company slowly recovered and their economy. HGTV as well as Rise to Fame Tarek in 2011 asked a friend to help him create an HGTV tape that showed Christina as well as him flipping a home from beginning to end. Pie Town Productions executive received this tape. They were enthralled by Tarek's and Christina's love story. In 2012 the couple agreed to a formal contract with HGTV. In April of 2013, "Flip of Flop" began its debut. From 2013 until 2017, 92 episodes were aired over seven seasons. Christina and Tarek were the two characters on the show, bought homes, typically mid-income properties located in Orange County. Tarek's focus is on demolition and renovating, while Christina concentrates on design.
